FAQ for IRD 120 system
1. How does the infrared thermography system realize non-contact temperature measurement?
The thermal imaging system can detect the human body temperature beyond 1.5m without contacting the measurement object. Every object with a temperature above absolute zero emits infrared radiation. This is invisible to the human eyes. Taking a thermal image with a thermographic camera the infrared radiation of objects will be recorded.
The precision for the infrared thermography system is up to ±0.5℃.
2. Is it whole body disinfection system?
There are 16 spraying nozzles in the system for disinfection (8 spraying nozzles in each side), can be used for whole body.
3. How effective for detection and disinfection?
It uses auto-focus system, can get temperature in one second, and takes 3-5 seconds for whole body disinfection.
4. Type, capacity and safety for disinfectant?
We suggest to use the below disinfectant such as food-grade disinfectant, 75% alcohol, 84 disinfectant and etc.
The capacity for the disinfectant tank is 20L, can be used for 1500 people.
We use anti-corrosion material for the interior and pipes, use fireproof and high temp. resistant material for the exterior.
5. How to install or disassemble the system
It requires 220V or 110V power supply for the system.
Installation or disassembly can be finished in 30 minutes by only one person.
6. Does the system need any external equipment of network?
The system uses integrated Android system, and comes with an LCD display. No external equipment is required.
7. After sales service and warranty
We offer one-year warranty for our system.
8. How to store the coming photos when it exceeds the capacity of 50000?
You can either delete the photos you chose, or you can wait till the system overwrite them.
9. What is the difference between the model IRD 120 and IRD120A
Basic functions: Record and query, auto-disinfection, infrared thermography temperature measurement and abnormal alarm.
IRD120: the precision is ±0.5 degrees.
IRD120A optional functions:the precision is ±0.3 degrees, mobile APP record, hand induction disinfector an alcohol concentration detection and other customized services.
